Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup walnuts, if desired
1 cup margarine or butter cut in chunks
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
12 ozs Pkg chcolate chips (2 cups)

Method
In a food processor, process nuts until coarsely chopped. Empty bowl. Process butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla for 1 minute. Add dry ingredients andprocess with several quick on/off turns, just until blended. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts by hand.Drop by small spoonful onto a foil-lined cookie sheet which has been lightly greased. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes, until lightly brown. Yield about 7 dozens. 


Butter Cookies with Chocolate Chips

Ingredients
Flour 400g
Sugar 200g
One egg
Margarine 150g
Baking powder one teaspoon
Vanilla [ according to taste ]
Cooking chocolate 100g [ chopped ]

Method
Cut the margarine in to small blocks and mix with sugar by hand. 
Beat and add the egg to the above mixture.
Add flour, baking powder and vanilla into the mixture and mix by hand.
Make 4 big balls of the mixture and keep in the fridge for 30 mins.
After 30 mins cut the cookies as desired and bake at 200C for 30 to 40 mins.
Servers around 50 cookies. 
Preparing time 11/2 hours.

Ingredients
1 measuring cup flour
1 1/4 measuring cup Icing sugar 
1/2 tsp baking powder
5 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp vanilla 

Method
Take bowl and combine the flour, icing sugar and baking powder well.
Add the ghee and knead well. Next add vanilla. Make 1'diameter balls and place on a greased tray.
Bake at 150c for 15minutes.Remove and let cool before serving.
